Everyone loves chicken, and it is very versatile. It can be served as an appetizer, on kebabs or whole. Chicken is a great source of protein and one chicken breast (boneless and skinless) contains approximately 260 calories. Spice things up on the grill and rub your chicken with lemon juice and pesto.
